Everything You Need to Know About Your New Account

Before we get you on your way, there are a few steps you'll need to take to set up your account. This article will serve as your go-to guide for account set up and onboarding.
1. Competitors
During your sign-up process, either you or your advisor will have entered competitors for your account. If this step was skipped during onboarding or if you want to change or add to them you can do so at any time! Just follow the directions in this article:
2. Get Topic Insights
You will be prompted to enter an Insights Phrase during your sign-up, or your Customer Success Advisor may have entered your first one for you. Check out these videos on how to get the most out of your Topic Insights based on your goals.

3. Cross Channel Analytics
In order for DemandJump to provide cross-channel insights, we'll first need your cross-channel data. These articles will take you through step-by-step instructions on integrating each of your ad accounts with DemandJump.
4. DemandJump Tags
Plus, Premium, Pro, and Agency customers only
In order to gather attribution data in DemandJump, you will need to add our tracking tags to your site. Instructions for adding each tag can be found within these articles. Developer experience is highly recommended for adding tags. However, if DemandJump is adding tags on your behalf, simply provide them with access to your tag management system.
