Beneath your user profile are Profile Settings and Sign Out.
Your User Profile is the place where you can add and edit your name, title, time zone and profile image. Only you can make changes, although account admins can see your information.
Sign out is as simple as it sounds. You should sign out after your session if not at a secure location.
