Why Am I Getting An Error? What it means if your Consumer Insight displays an error Cole Geitner
There are two types of errors that can occur when running a Consumer Insights phrase. The first type of error is "Error - RES", and the second is "Error - ETL".
Error - RES
This error indicates that the search results and related questions around the entered phrase were not sufficient or robust enough to generate insights on. Usually, this means the phrase entered is too narrow or not popular enough in terms of search volume. If you encounter this, try re-running a broader phrase.
Error - ETL
An ETL error means that there was an issue migrating data into the DemandJump platform. This is more common among search terms that have never been entered by a user before. To fix this issue, a DemandJump team member will need to investigate the cause. Every time this error occurs, our team is immediately notified. These notifications are given highest priority and our team tries to respond as soon as possible.
